Dr. Zaidi has founded ZeeAcc due to his passion for accounting. His specialties include Cost and Forensic Accounting. In addition, he holds several professional certifications and academic degrees in accounting and business fields.
​
On professional side, he is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Tax Preparer (CTEC approved), and Computer Programmer (Diploma in Computer Science). I addition, Dr. Zaidi holds various other business related certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Scrum Master Accredited Certification (SMAC), and Certified Kanban Expert (Kanban-EXP).

On academic side, he holds a Ph.D. in International Business with the specialization in Accounting, an M.B.A. in Accounting, a B.S. in Finance, and a B.B.A. in Business. Dr. Zaidi is a Professor of Accounting at Louisiana State University, Shreveport. He also holds Pete & Linda Ballard Endowed Professorship in Accounting. He has published and presented several research articles in various domestic and international journals and conferences, respectively.

Our Firm

ZeeAcc's mission is to help small businesses grow to mid-size or large firms. We provide various accounting and consulting services including inventory management, process improvement, payments and collections, debt planning and reduction, fraud deterrence, cash flow analysis, bookkeeping, budgeting, cost management, target costing, transfer pricing, performance measurement, and activity-based costing. However, we do not provide any tax related services such as tax planning and filing at this time.

In addition, we provide various other outsourced accounting services to our clients. We are skilled at performing Cost-Benefit and Break-Even Analyses. We know that proper planning, controlling, and decision making plays a crucial role in the success of any business. Therefore, we patiently discuss short-term and/or long-term goals with our clients so we can provide accurate counseling to them.

ZeeAcc is currently providing free one-hour (one-time) consultation to small businesses. Our subsequent charges will be determined after our free one-hour consultation on case-by-case basis. We understand the importance of accuracy and, therefore, we provide three sigma level quality. Our talented, dedicated, and hard-working employees make every effort to provide you quality service. Our CEO reviews and signs off each project to make sure our clients' needs are well taken care of.
